Overview
Taking over the website
We review the state of the website, hosting and access details. We tell you what needs fixing right away and what can wait — even for websites we didn't build.
Backups and security
We set up off-server backups, SSL and uptime monitoring. We verify a backup by actually restoring it, not just by checking that a file was created.
Regular maintenance
Updates to the core, theme and plugins, including a check that the website still works afterwards. The plan also includes an hour of minor changes each month.
An overview of what happened
A monthly summary: what was updated, whether there was an outage, and whether anything needs your decision.

For businesses without their own IT who don't want to keep track of when the website was last updated — and for those whose website was built by someone who can no longer be reached.

Yes. But first we'll look at the state they're in and tell you what needs fixing right away and what can wait.
What happens if the website gets hacked?
We restore it from an off-server backup, find out how the attacker got in and close the hole. It's included in the plan, with no rush surcharge.
Does it include support for the office?
Yes — for smaller businesses we also handle e-mail, shared drives, data backups and computer setup. Work beyond the plan is billed by the hour.
What is the notice period?
There is no fixed term. We invoice quarterly and you can cancel as of the last day of any month.
