Terms and conditions

1. Introductory provisions

These terms and conditions govern the rights and obligations between the provider NovaStudios s.r.o., Company ID (IČO) 05074061, with its registered office at Nové sady 988/2, 602 00 Brno, Czech Republic (the "provider"), and the customer when ordering services through the novastudios.cz website.

2. Order and conclusion of the contract

  • The customer orders a service using the cart and checkout on the website.
  • Before submitting the order, the customer can review and change the details entered.
  • The contract is concluded when the order confirmation is delivered to the customer's e-mail.
  • The provider reserves the right not to confirm an order, in particular if the price is obviously incorrect.

3. Price and payment terms

  • Prices are stated in Czech crowns (CZK) and are final.
  • The only payment method is bank transfer. Payment cards are not accepted.
  • After submitting the order, the customer receives the payment details, including a QR payment code, and a proforma invoice.
  • The variable symbol is the order number. The due date is stated in the payment details.
  • An order is considered paid on the day the amount is credited to the provider's account.
  • An order that remains unpaid after the due date may be cancelled by the provider.

4. Delivery of the service

  • Performance begins once the payment has been credited, unless agreed otherwise.
  • The delivery date is agreed individually and confirmed by e-mail.
  • The customer provides cooperation — in particular materials, texts and access details.

5. Withdrawal from the contract

If the customer is a consumer, they have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion. If they request that performance begin before this period expires, they acknowledge that the right of withdrawal ceases once the service has been fully provided; in the case of partial performance, they pay a proportionate part of the price.

6. Complaints

The customer shall report any defects in performance without undue delay to info@novastudios.cz. The provider will resolve the complaint within 30 days at the latest.

7. Personal data protection

The processing of personal data is governed by the separate Privacy policy document.

8. Final provisions

These terms take effect on the day of publication. Relationships not governed by these terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
